Where future expansion plans will involve you heading up the department.The Type of Person That Works Well With Us: A dynamite team player with a positive mindset Someone that loves being busy & productive Autonomous thinker & decision maker Super ambitious & not afraid to stir things up Superb organisational skills & resourcefulYour responsibilities will include, maintaining relationships with our tenants and landlords, organising maintenance, conduct entry/exit inspections, routine inspections and some leasing inspections.Some Small Requirements: Driver''s licence & car Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence An ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills A can-do attitude with a splash of energy Tech savvy with the willingness to embrace technologyWhat We Can Provide:1.
