Swatch Group employs more than 31,000 people worldwide.The RoleAs a Despatch Officer, you will be a key member of our close-knit logistics team, playing a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries in full and on time.This is an entry-level position based at our Richmond Head Office, working within a small-scale and hands-on warehouse setting. You will be supported with on-site training and development to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the requirements of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesPack and despatch watches, spare parts, repair watches and marketing material for all Swatch Group brandsPrepare shipping documentation for carriers such as Toll Priority, Star Track Express, Fed Ex and DHLPrepare customs documentation for overseas shipmentsAssist Logistics Manager in ensuring all supplies related to despatching are in stockFollow up all delayed and missing despatch items in transitParticipate in stock takes and general warehouse functions as requiredReceive courier deliveries and weekly consignments of watches, spare parts and POS materialEnsure items are packed and despatched with accuracy within given time frames and service parametersSkills & ExperienceBasic intermediate computer skillsSome pick and packing experience desirableExposure to domestic and international couriers desirableTeam playerOrganisational skillsFlexible and able to cope within a high-volume environmentHow To ApplyClick APPLY to submit your applicationJob Location: Level 3, 40 River Boulevard, 3121 Richmond, Australia (Victoria)Company Address: The Swatch Group (Australia) PTY.
