For more information about our school and offerings, please visit our website About - Trinity Grammar SchoolAbout The RoleTrinity Grammar is seeking a Rowing Program Coordinator to commence for the 2025/2026 Season. You will be primarily responsible for developing and coordinating the rowing timetable and training program for the rowing season and supporting the Director of Rowing in the co-ordination of the schools rowing program. This role is part time (averaging 0.4 to 0.5 FTE) with work spread across August to April (rowing season).Key Responsibilities IncludeAssist with the planning and implementation of training schedules for all squads in consultation with the Director of Rowing and Lead CoachesManage logistics for regattas, including boat transport, entries, equipment allocation, and regatta-day coordinationSupport the planning and delivery of rowing camps and associated interstate trips including accurate medical records, room allocations, and parent communicationsMaintain up-to-date databases, squad lists, performance results, and internal communication platformsContribute to the preparation of parents handbooks, reports, presentations, and season reviewsQualifications And ExpertiseRowing Australia Level 1 Accreditation is preferredBoat LicenceLevel 2 First Aid QualificationA current Employee Working with Children CheckHow To ApplyApplications with a CV and Cover Letter to be addressed to the Principal, Mr Adrian Farrer.
