Assist in leading a team of Educators with support & training provided. Develop your leadership skills!Our Outside School Hours Care service,Kawungan Helping Hands,is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinatorto assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is apermanent part-timeopportunity offering 30 hours per weekto assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You''ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!About the roleGet ready for an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where youll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth! Youll lead a vibrant before and after-school program at a primary school, guiding children aged 5-12 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, youll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader.
