Base salary $140,000- $150,000 + $25K allowance + super + annual bonus8/6 RosterFIFO from Townsville or salary sacrifice from other East Coast CentresAt IPL our people vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive and high performing teams on the ground.The RoleWe are looking for a candidate to lead the planning and execution of shutdown work on a routine cycle.Core Accountabilities IncludeOverall responsibility to lead 17WK shutdowns to deliver business goals.Lead the development of scopes of work ensuring rigorous processes are followed in the review and the approval of 17WK shutdown scopes of work.Develop detailed preparation plans aligned to the Shutdown management framework.
