We are seeking someone with a client centric mindset who enjoys working as part of supportive and collaborative team, whilst providing our clients with a 5 star experience!Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer orders are filled accurately and ready for dispatch on timeManage inward shipments & ensure accurate & safe receipt of goodsAccurately pick, pack and label customer ordersEnsure the warehouse is kept clean and tidyProduct dispatch, exchange and returnsStock Inventory/Warehouse Co-ordinationService ordersFreight online bookingResponsible for adhering to all OH&S Policies and ProceduresAbout YouMinimum 1 year warehouse experienceSupply Chain or Logistics Qualification is advantageousHigh level of skill in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.A positive can-do attitudeHave a passion for quality and excellence in your work practicesGo out of your way to deliver what you promiseWork well under pressureGreat time management with demonstrated experience working with strict timelinesExcellent numeracy & literacy skills & attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Excellent communication & customer service skills.This position is physically demanding and requires routine heavy lifting. You must be physically fit with no physical limitations that would impact your ability to perform manual labour.
