This pivotal leadership role oversees four key sites within our network and plays a central role in driving operational performance and cultural excellence across the region. About the RoleAs Area Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and strategic direction of four high-performing repair sites:RMA HallamAMA Collision MitchamAMA Collision MoorabbinRMA KnoxYour focus will be on leading operational success, promoting a safety-first, customer-centric culture, and mentoring site leaders to achieve strong results in efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
