Youll work closely with our clients to meet ambitious goals and bring bold ideas to life.Your role at a glanceBuilding award winning digital experiences and products for our clients.Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class services.Provide enhancements and ideas for various existing projects.Provide technical support, solutions and recommendations.Does this sound like you?An insatiable appetite and excitement for new web technologies and techniquesyou''re prepared to try new things.You see collaboration as crucial to success. You''re comfortable both giving and receiving feedback, and turning conversations into strong, people-centered design outcomes; all our work is delivered through an egalitarian multidisciplinary approach.It should go without saying: An advanced understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JS, React.js, familiar with WCAG and a commitment to accessibility.You know how to manage yourself within a team environment. You understand the balance between a flexible collaborative mindset and self-directed work.Available to work on-site in our Richmond office.Experience using Node.js based build tools (Gulp, Webpack, Sass, etc.).Experience using WebGL, Three.js, Unity or similar technologies to create animations and rich 3D applications.Experience programming in PHP, with exposure to various CMS platforms, both headless and headed.Knowledge of or experience with marketing theory and how your discipline adds value.As a team member, you can also expect:At August, ambition isnt just welcomed, its expected.
