We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to support SkyCity Adelaide in adopting, managing, embracing, and embedding change for a significant multi-year business transformation program.About The OpportunityReporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for implementing change management across the program, including planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables. The Change Manager will develop a change approach tailored to their workstream and the business needs, and create a change plan based on situational analysis. This role will contribute to the Change Forum and support business teams in preparing for and adopting changes across workstreams, including:Managing resistance to changeDeveloping change impact assessmentsSupporting communication creation and disseminationIdentifying and addressing training needsEngaging stakeholders across the businessAnalyzing operational changes and impactsCoaching and reinforcing changeSupporting post-implementation reviews and lessons learnedDefining success metrics and measuring performanceThe Change Manager will collaborate closely with business owners, providing support and tools to ensure they own and drive organizational change within their units, aligning sustainable outcomes with SkyCitys broader strategy. The role focuses on people, with changes involving business processes, systems, technology, roles, and structures.About YouYou will have a proven track record in managing complex change initiatives, especially transitioning organizations from "program" mode to BAU. Qualifications in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources, along with knowledge of Change Management frameworks such as PROSCI, Lewins, ADKAR, or Kotters 8 Steps, are essential. You are a self-starter capable of working independently within frameworks, managing stakeholder expectations, and meeting tight deadlines. You excel in change implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, with strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
