This makes the Moncler collections the quintessence of outwear that marries the extreme demands of nature with those of city life.Moncler proudly manufactures and directly distributes men''s, women''s and accessory collections through its boutiques and in exclusive international department stores and multi-brand outlets.The OpportunityFor our iconic Chadstone boutique, we have a Client Advisor position available, on a casual basis.The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing to the store targets. We are looking for luxury retail specialists that are eager to learn, have strong clientelling experience and can work together as a team to create an amazing in-store experience.Responsibilities and tasks:Ensures a unique client experience by creating long lasting relationships, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clientelling activities;Achieves excellent selling results;Implements and maintains Moncler''s visual standards in store;Actively cooperates with stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation;Competitive remuneration and commission schemeBirthday day off and team birthday cake celebrationsRequirements:Minimum 2 years'' experience in a luxury fashion retail sales role;Customer Service oriented with a commercial mindset;Passion and enthusiasm for the Moncler brand;Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;Proficiency in another language is a plus;We offer an attractive compensation package plus career opportunities to the right candidate.
