Team Leader - Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist Salary Range A$133,000.00/yr - A$146,000.00/yr Position Overview Our business partner, with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an Allied Health Team Leader (Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist) to join their multidisciplinary team in Melton. The role involves delivering services to clients aged 0-16+ years and providing organizational support to the therapy team. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated therapists, deliver high-quality clinical services, and collaborate with stakeholders including Team Leaders and Executives. Responsibilities Provide organizational support for 3 days a week Maintain a caseload for 2 days a week Deliver evidence-based clinical services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Candidate Profile Minimum of 5 years experience as an Allied Health Professional, with relevant qualifications and at least 2 years of leadership experience in the NDIS space.
