Crafted at the very heart of the place Vendme, the jewellery and watchmaking creations reflect these exceptional skills and pay tribute to the Parisian style.We are looking for a Sales Ambassador with experience in the luxury retail & jewellery industry to join our team in Melbourne.Strategic Selling: Maximize sales opportunities and develop potential clientsEmbody Chaumet DNA and represent as the Chaumet Brand AmbassadorStory telling/client experience: ability to bring emotion, surprise and culture to the clientClienteling: Follow-up all sales leads and develop your clients into long term relationshipsBoutique environment: maintain excellent condition of all displays, be aware of all security procedures, participate in all stock-takes and in general, maintain the boutique to ensure smooth operationsBe a strong Team Player: assist your colleagues in sales and actively participate to the daily duties of the boutiquePerform all After Sales Service front office activities directly related to final customersCollaboratively work with the management and keep them informed with new ideas to improve everyday business in the boutiqueAchieving sales targets and building greater product awareness for our customersProfile:Previous experience with minimum 2-3 years as Sales Ambassadors, together with a track record in sales within a luxury retail environment; preferably candidates with high jewellery and timepiece experienceExperience in consultative sellingResults-driven with an ability to work towards sales targetsFlair, confidence, creativity and a passion for customer serviceA team player with a can do attitudeStrong work ethicThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a company with great culture, supportive team & management, excellent training, development and growth opportunities.CHAUMET is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming and celebrating applicants from all backgrounds.
