Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance residing in Australia only respond.Contract start: 05 February 2024, for 12 months.Location: Canberra, Richmond, Surry Hills.The National Disability Insurance Agency, Office of the CIO (NDIA OCIO), is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative, fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Scrum Master to help elevate NDIA''s delivery, working as part of a passionate multidisciplinary team.As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in a major transformational program centered around Salesforce as the core platform. You will embed your deep knowledge of agile practices, principles, and culture into the program''s workflow, enhancing the capability and performance of the delivery squad. You will support the Delivery Director with practical best practices, building on your proven track record in delivering substantial Salesforce-based solutions.Duties include:Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies.Contributing to larger Release Train activities under the guidance of the Release Train Engineer.Supporting and empowering your team.Providing recommendations and managing outcomes through leadership.Creating and managing backlogs, sprints, and blockers.Supporting the implementation of CI/CD, including Agile and DevOps practices and tools in a maturing environment.Managing relationships with Agile squad members and stakeholders to promote streamlined delivery processes.Building strong relationships and trust with the business and stakeholders through consistent delivery.Supporting issue resolution and collaborating with technical teams to deliver technical outcomes.Every application must address the selection criteria as part of the submission.Selection criteria:35+ years of ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with a solid understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end-to-end software delivery.At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence team culture and lead by example.Proven facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement skills.Additional desirable experience includes:Experience in the health industry.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, or Salesforce Community Cloud.People management experience.Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, especially regarding accessibility considerations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
