This is a Grade 3 permanent, part time position and will primarily be based at our Williamstown Hospital campus.About The RoleWe have an excellent opportunity for experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Early Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) team to provide care to our post-operative orthopaedic patients and support our Physiotherapy senior leadership team. This is a Grade 3 permanent, part time position and will primarily be based at our Williamstown Hospital campus.TheERASservice improves access to surgery for our local community who are awaiting orthopaedic elective surgery (TKR/THR) and ensures timely care, excellent outcomes and early discharge. As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist in this team, you will provide physiotherapy assessment and intervention in preadmission clinic and in the ward setting. You will also work with the Multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and patient centred care, as well as working with theERAScoordinator to ensure effective service delivery and participate in the project evaluation.You will be part of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy team who are dedicated to providing holistic patient-centred care, delivering excellent patient outcomes, and providing evidence-based practice. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership and strategic direction within the team and be involved inresearch and quality improvementactivities, while working collaboratively with otherseniorclinicians. You will receive supervision from Grade 4 Physiotherapists,and be well supported in developing your clinical, leadership, supervision and research skills.
