Your main responsibilities will include:Renewals & Compliance, managing policy renewals, ensuring coverage aligns with client needs and industry standards.Client Servicing, handling endorsements, cancellations, and general servicing with support from a broker assistant.Retention & Debtors, maintain client retention and manage debtors, with performance tracked via KPIs.New Business, meet monthly targets for new business enquiries and maintain an annual budget.What you''ll need to succeedYou will have 3+ years of insurance broking experience, and be comfortable with managing a portfolio independently. You will also be Tier-1 qualified, and ideally have some further insurance-specific qualifications. Having strong communication skills and an ability to build client relationships is also essential.What you''ll get in returnThis role offers a broad workload, where you can manage your own portfolio independently, and build strong relationships with your client base. The company will offer a salary of up to $110,000 plus super, which is negotiable depending on your previous experience.
