2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from SC Johnson Australia & New ZealandTrusted Talent Advisor ANZ @ SC Johnson | Strategic InfluenceSC Johnson Australia & New Zealand is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administration specialist to join our dynamic and results driven team.Based in Lane Cove West, this is a newly created standalone position, reporting to the HR Manager ANZ, working across our Consumer Brands and Professional businesses.About the Role:Youll manage and process all Payroll requirements and reporting for entities in Australia and New Zealand, such as:Accurate and timely payroll for all employeesStatutory and tax payments and reportingAdminister all ANZ employee benefits (superannuation, insurances, salary packaging etc)Additional to managing the payroll function, this role will own all Employee Lifecyle actions and reporting from Hire to Retire.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Payroll Services across ANZ for all Business entitiesMaintenance and accurate processing of all employee and payroll related information into the Payroll and HRIS systemsCoordinate and administer all ANZ employee benefit programsProvide HR reports and metric data to managers and HR as requestedYear-End and PAYG payment summary coordination (including Tax declaration submissions to ATO, IRD etc)Prepare employee leave reports monthly and quarterlyManage the employee onboarding and exit workflow and activities.Monitor employee data flow and process flows and liaise with relevant stakeholders to coordinateCo-ordinate On & Off-boarding processes (employment offer packs, induction schedules etc) for HR team, and qualifying period process and ensure completionBe readily available to respond to employee queries regarding their pay, entitlements, training & general employee data informationInteract closely with other members of the Human Resource team to ensure seamless delivery of HR operations and payroll servicesAbout You and What Youll Bring:To be successful in this busy and varied role, were needing someone with the highest level of attention to detail, is process focused and will think outside the box to problem solve.Youll bring with you:A minimum of 3-4 years experience within an automated payroll environment, running 100+ employee payroll cycleExperience using a sophisticated Payroll System as Workday, ADP, or Access Micropay.Experience managing payroll projectsExpert knowledge of payroll tax requirements to ensure that all relevant taxable values are accurately included in payroll tax calculations and reportingSound knowledge of both Australian and New Zealand Employment and Award legislation is highly advantageousAbility to handle sensitive situations and information discreetlyExperience managing multiple tasks and priorities and operating efficiently under continuous changeAbility to work to deadlines and timeframes with a high attention to detailHigh degree of initiative and excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat Youll Get in Return:SC Johnsons is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
