We employ 130+ talented designers who specialise in consultancy services across architecture, master planning, urban design, landscape architecture, interior design & graphic design.Due to some significant & exciting recent project wins we are looking to expand our interiors team to work on projects throughout Australia & New Zealand. We design across multiple sectors including:+ F&B+ Sport & Recreation+ Residential+ Commercial & Aviation+ Health & Aged Care+ Education+ Law & Order, Infrastructure.Were looking for a Senior Interior Designer or Architect with interiors experience to lead the team in Melbourne.The RoleAs the Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect within MODEs Melbourne studio, youll be leading the growth of our Interiors portfolio in collaboration with our National Interiors Lead. Youll be promoting design excellence & innovation, mentoring a talented team of young & experienced Interior Designers, building upon existing client relationships & seeking out new business opportunities.Youll take projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, project managers, and designers.Our current workload includes high-end residential, commercial fitout projects, and high quality projects based around F&B & luxury experience-based projects in the travel & aviation sectors.The PersonYou will be a self-motivated, quality-driven individual, with tertiary qualifications in Interior Design / Interior Architecture. You have developed superior design & documentation skills, construction knowledge & the ability to manage projects while working on large & small projects. Most importantly, youre a dynamic, creative, passionate designer who loves to inspire your team & your clients.To be successful in this role, we anticipate you having the following skills and experience:+ Extensive experience in front end concept work, design detailing & presentation skills+ Strong understanding of Revit for directing a team in regards to modelling, documentation & presentation outputs+ Experience in preparing submissions, tenders & EOIs for government & private sector clients+ Exceptional time management & organisational skills+ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage & mentor a team of Interior DesignersMust have local experience & permanent work rights in Australia.Apply NowThis is a permanent, full-time position available for an immediate start.
