Thats Tibaldi.Your StoryAs a Manufacturing Manager (Post Cook) at Tibaldi you will be part of the production team based in Clayton, Victoria reporting to the Head of Manufacturing.In this pivotal role you will be involved in:Being hands-on with everyone from our entry level roles to Senior Management.Being an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and good sense of judgement on confliction priorities.Being an advocate and leader for safety (food and non-food)Providing leadership, coaching, and working collaboratively for the end-to-end meat manufacturing (production) activities.Undertaking proactive activities ensuring the delivery and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP standards for meat products.Executing transactional and strategic production plans including product forecasting/scheduling, labour management, yields management and product trials.Management of post cook production functions and driving continuous improvement across the area.Responsible for performance, machine efficiency, OEE, and reaching volume targets (including preparing reports).Pragmatic problem solver for both situational and systemic issues.Managing absenteeism and leave for people, within your reporting structure, to reduce absence and minimise overtime, ensuring leave is taken and maximise skills across the team.Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, safety policies and procedures.Ensure Health and Safety information is assessed, monitored, supported, communicated and understood.Business partnering with key business stakeholders including from Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Maintenance, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.Our meat products, will require you to use your knowledge of:Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.Food manufacturing GMP standards.FMCG audits (e.g., IPMP, AQIS and SEDEX audits).Experience with food safety managements systems preferable (e.g., FSANZ, SQF, HACCP, CFMSR, Yum!, Costco, Aldi, FSSC 22000).Meat products (preferred not essential)Import and export requirements.Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Science (preferred but not essential).You will bring to the role minimum of 7 years of food manufacturing or production experience with previous smallgoods or meat manufacturing experience being highly regarded.Our Ways of WorkingAs part of our Tibaldi team, you will be able to:participate in our Tibaldi Team Product Orders program that enables you to purchase our products at a below-retail priceaccess free on-site car parkingaccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)participate in training and development courses tailored to your needs; both on-site and off-sitetravel to work on public transport as we are conveniently located close to public transport including Westall or Clayton train stations.Pre-Employment MedicalA pre-employment medical may form part of the recruitment process.External RecruitmentCandidates interested in these positions are encouraged to apply directly to this advertisement.Thats Tradition.
