This role is a deep dive into resolving complex incidents and enhancing application performance, directly impacting client program value.You will lead the charge in investigating and resolving critical customer issues and enquiries, completing intricate reporting requests, and monitoring scheduled operational tasks. You will utilise your strong database (MS SQL Server) and SQL scripting expertise partnered with keen attention to detail, strong analytical and investigation skills. A key aspect of this role involves hands-on participation in website development, enhancements and rigorous testing of the Vii system using technologies such as C# .NET, ASP.Net, MVC, HTML, CSS and Javascript.This is a dynamic, operational role where your expertise will be pivotal in assessing and leading the resolution of complex IT incidents. Your responsibilities will span production support, encompassing bug fixes, the development of robust stored procedures, optimising stored procedure queries and in-depth investigation of potential bugs or anomalies in data and system behaviour. You will be empowered to leverage your strong technical skills to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.Collaboration is key. You will work closely with both business and technical teams, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing expert technical support and guidance. This role requires an understanding of distributed computing and complex multi-tier applications, along with experience in RESTful web services.
