This role involves coordinating technical development, procurement, finance, and customer engagement within a cross-functional, multicultural team. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure program objectives and profitability are met throughout the program lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer satisfaction and lead customer communicationsEnsure compliance with contract terms and manage scope changes to maintain profitabilityDevelop and monitor program master plans and performance metricsLead program reviews and status meetings with internal teams and customersCoordinate integrated program teams (IPT) across functions and culturesAssess and mitigate program risks using quantitative and qualitative methodsSupport transitions from development to serial production, ensuring manufacturability and supply chain stabilityMonitor production technical issues and coordinate with support engineeringManage budgets and financial performance, including P&L responsibilityQualificationsBachelors degree with 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry (or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree)Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationStrong knowledge of program management standards, tools, and risk managementExperience managing program finances, including cost estimation, revenue recognition, and profitability trackingExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage complex projects autonomously and empower teamsCustomer-focused with experience managing relationships and expectationsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally (once per quarter)Preferred ExperienceEngineering environment experienceExperience managing technical or manufacturing programsAdditional InformationPosition located in a vibrant suburban community within Northeast Ohio, near ClevelandWork environment: Manufacturing plant, primarily desk-based with computer and phone workTypical workweek: 40-45 hoursMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. person as defined by ITAR)Compensation:Competitive salary range commensurate with experience, plus bonus potentialEqual Opportunity EmployerWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
