Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and showcase the care and professionalism that TPT Wealth is known for.Based in our Launceston office, youll provide general advice, support client onboarding, and maintain accurate client records, all while promoting our services with confidence and clarity.What Youll DoYoull play a key role in the daily operations of our client services team, including:Managing client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely, clear and compliant informationSupporting clients with the opening of Managed Investment accounts and assisting with estate administration processesMaintaining data integrity by updating client management systems and ensuring documentation is correctly scanned and filedSupporting compliance activities, such as AML and KYC follow-upsMonitoring application payments and helping to resolve issues quicklyProviding reception services and guiding clients to the right teamPromoting our suite of products and services through every client interactionWhat Were Looking ForYoure a great communicator with a natural customer-first mindset. You enjoy solving problems, staying organised, and working as part of a collaborative team.
