Job Title: Account ExecutiveLocation: Cleveland, OHSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, with total potential compensation of $101,000 - $111,000 including incentives.Job Description:As an Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic sales team driving advertising revenue for a leading privately-owned media company. You will focus on new business development and client growth through our innovative advertising products. You will receive support from leadership, training, and resources to succeed in your sales career.Responsibilities include:Achieving sales goals by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts.Meeting with local business owners to understand their needs and advising on our advertising solutions across digital, search, video, mobile, and print.Designing custom advertising solutions in collaboration with colleagues.Presenting solutions to clients and working towards product alignment with their goals.Building client relationships through retention and upselling.Reviewing campaign results and learning from data.Coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure campaign accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.At least two years of relevant sales experience.Proven success in increasing sales using a needs-based approach.Experience in digital advertising sales or related fields is preferred.Knowledge of Clevelands business landscape and economic trends.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and able to multitask under deadlines.Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.Reliable transportation is required.Our client is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applications from diverse backgrounds.
