The SWC branch provides process, systems and services to support the department to meet its responsibilities under health and safety laws (Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, Dangerous Goods Act 1985 and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013).About The RoleAs the Mental Health Education Manager, SWC, you will develop, deliver and evaluate materials to address workplace mental health and wellbeing concernsSome Of Your Duties Will IncludeProviding strategic leadership and support through the development, delivery and evaluation of training packages and resources focused on mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial hazards in complex workplacesWorking collaboratively with Wellbeing Team members and other stakeholders to implement education and training initiatives to address mental health and wellbeing issues in the departmentProviding leadership and support to other training facilitators across the department who are delivering training on mental health and wellbeing.To learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description.About YouAs our ideal candidate, you will possess:A passion for workplace health, safety and in making a positive impact on complex and high-risk workforcesExpert knowledge of psychological health improvement strategies, policies and procedures and human resource trendsSignificant experience developing and delivering training and effectively conveying complex information to a wide range of audiencesA wealth of eexperience providing clinical training or professional development to allied health professionalsExtensive experience in delivering quality operational and business outcomes in support of the operating environment consistent with the strategic direction of the organisationA vast capacity to work with a multi-disciplined team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality wellbeing education programs.Qualifications/RequirementsHold registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).How To ApplyPlease click the Apply button on this advertisement.
