$108,435 - $112,091 + super & salary packaging Excellent benefits including salary packaging Ongoing training and development opportunities About the Role Under the guidance of the Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Senior Clinicians, and in conjunction with team members, you will provide high-quality clinical assessment, treatment, and support to consumers and carers. The ANUM will deliver case management using the Strengths Model, a recovery-oriented approach, to an identified caseload and psychiatric nursing interventions. Coordinate and manage shifts to ensure the provision of high-quality, consumer-focused care Provide leadership, act as a role model to staff, and coordinate resource allocation during shifts to meet patient needs Undertake nursing assessments and independently institute nursing care for consumers Classifications for this position range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3 NP83 - NP74 ($108,435 - $112,091 per annum, pro-rata). The service features both single and shared units and operates on principles of recovery-oriented practice, utilizing the strengths model. Footbridge CCU offers two programs: the Recovery Review Program (RRP), a 6-week multidisciplinary assessment, and the Intensive Recovery Review Program (IRP), focusing on recovery goals, discharge planning, and future supports, with an expected stay of 18-24 months.
