You will be a key part of our office administration function, ensuring customer requests, orders, and internal processes are handled efficiently.Your key responsibilities will include: Handling customer emails with a friendly and helpful approach. Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately. Coordinating with suppliers, including expediting orders. Supporting the sales and technical teams with administrative tasks. Liaising with operations and finance teams to keep everything aligned. Keeping records up to date in our business systems.About YouYou are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You like having clear processes to follow and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You are comfortable working with systems and technology, and you get satisfaction from helping teammates and customers.Were looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of experience in a similar office administration, customer service, or sales support role.
