We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager.ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Territory Sales Manager, the Jr Territory Sales Manager will be r esponsible for leading a team of professional salespeople to achieve and exceed company goals. The Jr Territory Sales Manager will direct the teams focus, set goals, review data, motivate and create growth opportunities within the team and continue to develop a winning culture.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance, monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with sales team and understanding what they need to become successful.Identify areas of growth within current customer base as well as develop new business.Leadership Skills: Motivate team members, working with them to set and meet sales goals. resolve conflicts.Analytical Skills: Take sales numbers and analyze them to find opportunities for growthCustomer Service: The ability to speak with dissatisfied customers and resolve issues.Communication Skills: Ability to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
