The program will also work closely with related technology programs to ensure that it is provided with the technical solutions to achieve the business outcomes required.The position is the custodian of operating model capability for the enterprise and is accountable for integrating this with leadership, change and other frameworks. This role will lead a multidisciplinary enterprise design program and associated project teams.Develop and manage critical stakeholder relationships with the CEO and ELT and other executive leaders throughout WorkSafe to influence the achievement and adoption of the Program.Establish and lead high performing multi-functional teams from across the business who are empowered to deliver in a matrix reporting environment, including subject matter and technical experts.Develop and implement integrated program plans across all delivery streams; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities of each team member; program delivery expectations, expected behaviours, sequencing and progress.Please ensure you review the Position Description via our Careers site for additional information on accountabilities for this role.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in the successful delivery of complex change programs of work in large, complex organisations as well as the proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity to deliver strategic benefits.
