Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and as such, aiming to exceed required targets is vital for all our employees.12 month contract full-time position || HybridFlexible location: Melbourne or Sydney.About The RoleThis role will be responsible for driving and delivering the organisations Learning and Development (L&D) strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders within the business.
