Your friendly personality and commitment to outstanding customer service will ensure every night is special.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be at the centre of it all, working with a collaborative and supportive team to take good care of our guests and providing an exceptional service in a high-energy environment.With interviews held frequently, we will be in touch with you very soon!A few of your responsibilities:Take and prepare drink orders quickly and accurately through promptly taking customer orders and crafting beverages with precision following standard recipes and portionsMaintain knowledge of beverage menu offerings and mixologyUphold cleanliness and organisation standards in the bar area, maintaining a well-stocked bar space by properly cleaning and storing glassware, tools, and supplies throughout your shiftDeliver friendly, efficient service to all guests and provide a high level of customer service to create an exceptional experienceAdhere to health, safety, and liquor service protocols by following all food safety rules, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and other policies and proceduresAbout you:Customer service comes naturally to you, and you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, youre poised to excel in this role.
