We are looking for a qualified carpenter or handyman who would play a supporting role to the AFM Manager across multiple sites. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out building maintenance works, coordinating installations, responding to callouts, and completing diagnostic and repair services across a broad range of sites and locations for our clients, offering a high level of customer service.About youCompetent carpentry skillsCompetent at plastering, patching and paintingHands on across minor works and maintenance projectsEnsure tasks are completed on timeCan provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders and communication skillsSupervising of other Trades (Electricians, Plumbers etc) for simple worksCan undertake site inspections for new worksEnsure elements of site safety and cleanliness are adhered toDrive a positive attitude within the teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease note there are multiple positions vacant, a company car may be provided depending on location.SkillsetStrong experience within the commercial building industry or facilities maintenanceHandyman experience and/or Trade qualification (Building, Carpentry or Joinery) and current construction industry cardBasic understanding of the principles of most trades and services and building codes safety and regulationsExcellent understanding and proven dedication to EHSQ principlesBasic computer literacy skillsAbility to build and maintain great relationshipsFlexible and adaptablePunctual and presentableAnalytical and problem- solving skillsPlease note this role is expected to commence from August 2025.Why were a Great Place to WorkWe have the ambitious vision to be the place where everyone wants to work.
