Salary Range:$61,012 to $73,169plus superannuation (based on skills and experience)Employment Status: Full-timeEligibility:Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentAbout UsCatholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG)plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early LearningCentres(ELCs).The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.About the RoleThe College Technical Support Officer (TSO) works within the CECG Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team and is responsible for delivering first and second-level ICT support to staff, students, and other stakeholders within the College. This role operates within organisational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). The College TSO responds to daily technical issues, service requests and managing hardware and software support tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT services within the college and other local systemic schools.
