In this role, you will work with a portfolio of clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.In your role as Associate Account Representative, you will be:Providing expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clientsClient relationship managementBooking FX deals over the phone for customersHedging discovery and upsellingMonitoring market conditionsYou will also be essential to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiencyThis is a Hybrid (full time) role, split between our Melbourne CBD office on William Street, and work from home.You will ideally have:2+ years of progressive B2B sales and/or account management experience within the Corporate foreign exchange industryComfortable on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutionsDegree preferredStrong attention to detailGreat communication and listening skillsthe ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levelsEffective time management skills and solid computer skills with the ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint are required.You must have existing working rights in Australia to be consideredAbout Convera:Convera is a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease.
