Bring your expertise, maturity, and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role.Your ResponsibilitiesManage a negotiated caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic services.Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.Interpret findings to create personalised treatment goals for each participant.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants quality of life.Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.If youre passionate about empowering others and want a flexible, supportive workplace, wed love to hear from you!QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational TherapistExcellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseloadA proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ongoing professional developmentExperience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational TherapistsA genuine passion for making a positive impact in the disability sectorIf you are motivated, compassionate, and ready to contribute to meaningful outcomes for our clients, wed love to hear from you!Additional InformationSounds like you?
