This is an opportunity to join a global fashion retailer as a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in driving their new store expansion across the country!About The RoleReporting to the Head of Store Design & Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new build retail construction projectsfrom initial design to final handover. Youll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and to our clients global standards.What You Will DoLead and manage new build, greenfield retail construction projectsDevelop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, and cost governance.Oversee procurement, supplier management, and subcontractor performance.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.Conduct site inspections and manage site handovers. (Interstate travel required)Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive value engineering initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and global headquarters.Continuously improve processes, sharing learnings for future projects.What Were Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in construction.
