It is the worlds largest source of zircon, and a Tier 1 deposit with extensive reserves. It is the first mining development in a mixed-use regional reserve the Yellabina Regional Reserve in South Australia, with the operation demonstrating a commitment to high environmental standards and progressive land rehabilitation. Jacinth-Ambrosia site has a fully equipped modern camp with facilities including a gym, pool, sports courts, recreation rooms, Wi-Fi and Foxtel.About The RoleAre you a Human Resources professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have the opportunity for you!We are seeking a People Partner (Operations) to join our People team on a full time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in the HR execution of business strategies and operational objectives at our Jacinth-Ambrosia operation and have the opportunity to support the broader eastern operations.Jacinth-Ambrosia mine is located in South Australia, approximately 280 kilometres North-West of Ceduna by road.This is a Hybrid role with time being spent equally between our Adelaide office and operational site, on a Fly-in, Fly out (FIFO) basis, comprising of either a 4 days on / 3 days off or 8 days on / 6 days off roster, with travel from either Adelaide or Ceduna provided.Role responsibilities will include the following:Partner with the business to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations and change managementAnalyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in responseSupport operational leaders to progress day to day activities and culture initiativesDevelop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality servicesParticipate as part of a broader professional HR team by personally contributing to continuous improvement of service deliveryAbout YouTo be successful for this role, you will haveTertiary qualification in human resources or related disciplineDemonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other related heavy industriesProven ability to develop constructive working relationships with employees and managersStrong influencing skillsA good understanding of human resources and employee relations legislation and practicesSound judgement and objective problem-solving skillsExperience using HR systems such as WorkdayValid C class drivers licenceOur offer to youBe supported through an inclusive and collaborative cultureUp to 18 Weeks Paid Parental LeaveAbility to Purchase Additional Annual LeaveCompetitive Salary and Bonus StructuresCompany share matching schemeYou will be supported, empowered, included and encouraged to be the best version of yourself.If you share our values of Integrity, Respect, Courage, Accountability and Collaboration;
