In this role, youll be a key player in helping us find and assess great residential properties for our clients. Youll spend your time building relationships with agents, chasing off-market opportunities, doing desktop research, and pulling together key info to help the team make smart buying decisions. Youll also coordinate inspections, liaise with local councils and town planners, and get involved in everything from zoning checks to insurance checks. Its a hands-on role that suits someone proactive, organised, and keen to learn the ins and outs of the property game.
