Salary:$101,221.12 per annumClosing: Friday 11 July 2025Full time - Temporary(12 Months)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified individual to lead Greater Shepparton City Councils Early Years Operations and Reform (EYOR) department through bold and meaningful strategic changeshaping the future of services and driving improved outcomes for children and families in the early years.As Senior Project Lead EYOR, you will:Manage and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives related to Manager Early Years Operations and Reform organisation requirements, such as The Best Start Best Life (BSBL) reform - supporting improved outcomes for children and families in the early years.Drive transformational change, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects, including the BSBL reform aligning with the organisations vision and commitment as an Early Years Manager organisation.Facilitate improved customer service experience across whole EYOR department and services.Support the rollout of the EYOR service review process, and identification of operational and service level efficiency improvements.Support the manager EYOR by identifying and implementing relevant changes to implement outcomes of service reviews, and sector reforms.Engage with all EYOR staff, including those in centre-based services, to communicate and support them through change.Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation strategy for change.The Ideal Candidate will have:Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Project or Business Management with experience within a community services sector would be well regarded but not essential.Experience leading organisational or systemic change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, facilitating growth mindsets and resilience management.Extensive experience in managing partnership approaches and facilitating change.Strong team building experience, with a proven ability to lead cultural change, and influence team members to strive to deliver excellence in service delivery.Demonstrated understanding of social issues impacting on young children and families.Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community organisations, government bodies and service providers.Why Greater Shepparton?Greater Shepparton, located in the heart of Victorias Goulburn Valley, is a vibrant regional hub known for its rich agricultural heritage, cultural diversity, and strong community spirit.Working for Greater Shepparton City Council means joining a team thats deeply connected to its community and committed to making a real difference.
