As a Quality Risk and Safety Officer, you will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives and enhancing patient outcomes across the region. Reporting to the Regional QRS Manager, your responsibilities will span across data analysis, report preparation, and process improvement.In this role, you will:Contribute to meaningful quality and safety projects that directly impact patient careSupport various portfolio areas with data management, register maintenance, and system oversightPlay a pivotal role in coordinating and maintaining the FUNLHN Audit ScheduleOversee the administration and monitoring of patient incident reporting to ensure high standards of care and complianceThis is a great opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about quality improvement and patient safety to make a tangible difference in a collaborative and supportive environment.Looking for a change in scenery?
