The site is easy to access from Canterbury Road or the Eastlink Freeway.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join the team at Gemini RingwoodReporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality parts, ensuring efficient cycle times and site profitability.Role responsibilitiesOrder parts via parts management/ordering systemReceive parts - check correct and not damagedEnter parts invoices accurately into quoting/management systemBe aware of parts ETA and possible delaysProcure parts to ensure profitabilityManage stock including credit notes, parts and goods returnedUpon parts arrival record job number and store in the appropriate areaExplore alternative options for the supply of delayed partsReceive parts via parts management/ordering systemCredit parts via parts management/ordering systemConfirm discount levels are accurate in parts management/ordering systemFollow up suppliers for parts creditsCoordinate and order sublet repairsProcess sublet repair invoicesIf required, order paint and consumables in accordance with production needs through AMA Distribution Centres (Ensure appropriate sign off obtained prior to placing order)Process/receipt paint and consumables orderedDoes this sound like you?Excellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providersStrong interested in motor vehicles and the automotive sectorHighly professional and personableCompetent computer abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to problem solve and excellent accuracy and attention to detailAble towork effectively and collaboratively with the teamWe know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.BenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because its our people that set us apart and drive our business'' success.
