We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our team in two key roles: Nominated Supervisor and Family Day Care Coordinator. Both roles play vital parts in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care in our community.Role 1: Family Day Care Nominated SupervisorAs the Nominated Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Family Day Care service, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting educators to provide exceptional care and learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National RegulationsSupport, mentor, and supervise family day care educatorsConduct regular visits and assessments of educator environmentsMaintain accurate records and act as the primary contact for regulatory bodiesPromote continuous improvement and a positive team cultureQualifications & Experience:Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and CareMinimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within family day careCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsStrong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and relevant legislationExcellent leadership, communication, and administrative skillsRole 2: Family Day Care CoordinatorAs the Coordinator, you will recruit, support, and coordinate educators, ensuring high standards of care and strong engagement with families and the community.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing support to educatorsMonitor educator compliance and quality standardsCoordinate scheduling and day-to-day service operationsFoster positive relationships with families, educators, and stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and assist in reportingQualifications & Experience:Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)Minimum 2 years experience in a coordination role within family day care or early childhood servicesCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsStrong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer for Both Roles:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesFor further information, please contact Umit Ors on 0423 958 931 .Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
