Youll take full creative ownership of 3 dynamic brands, with the autonomy to lead and execute design work with your own creative approach. You''ll have the freedom to shape creative direction while collaborating closely with key teams to bring campaigns to life.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end design workflow, delivering high-quality creative assets on time and in line with the marketing calendar.Collaborate with marketing, product, e-commerce, and retail teams to scope and execute cohesive campaigns and seasonal launches.Create concepts and designs across digital, print, packaging, POS, in-store signage, and social media.Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines while evolving the visual identity to keep it fresh, relevant and engaging.Manage external freelancers, agencies, photographers, and production partners to deliver consistent, high-quality output.Oversee all production processes, including file preparation, vendor management, and quality control across both print and digital.Lead product and lifestyle photography sessions, ensuring high-quality, on-brand imagery for all platforms.Analyse campaign performance data and design insights to continuously refine and optimize creative strategies.Stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to drive creative innovation.Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects.What Were Looking ForProven experience in a Graphic Design role with creative ownership or leadership responsibilities.Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital, print, and retail design work.Highly proficient across Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.A creative thinker who thrives on autonomy but collaborates easily with others.Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills.Experience working with retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.Sound like you?Wed love to hear from you apply now with your CV and portfolio.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
