They focus on staff development, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet guest needs while maintaining high booking conversion rates. This role emphasises the importance of teamwork and effective communication to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Team to maintain efficiency and service excellence.Support the Customer Service & Sales Manager with team management and issue escalation.Manage staff rosters, monitor hours, and coordinate training and development.Oversee bookings, manifests, and availability, making adjustments based on demand and weather.Ensure accurate invoicing, vessel reconciliation, and manage website partner content and promotions.About YouWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the guest experience.
