Known for their commitment to quality delivery and strong client partnerships, they are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple projects in the region.The OpportunityWe are looking for a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of operational performance across multiple active projects in regional Western Australia. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a flexible roster, ideal for a motivated leader who can drive performance while staying commercially focused and people-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of multiple concurrent civil and infrastructure projects across regional sites.Lead and mentor site supervisors, project teams, and crews to ensure high-performance standards and professional growth.Track and report on key performance metrics including safety, productivity, costs, and quality outcomes.Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key operational contact for project delivery.Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and commercial targets.Provide hands-on support with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across all active sites.Support tender input, cost tracking, and project reviews to enhance business outcomes.Drive a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the workforce.About YouProven experience in a senior operational leadership role (Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager / Area Manager) in mining, civil, or remote infrastructure works.Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple sites or work fronts.Hands-on approach with the ability to be present onsite and engage directly with crews.Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering on budget and performance goals.Effective communicator who can build trust with both frontline staff and senior stakeholders.Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and reporting frameworks.Valid drivers license and the ability to pass pre-employment medical and site clearances.What They OfferCompetitive salary package: $250K + Super + Performance BonusFIFO from Perth to regional sites with flexible roster optionsOpportunity to oversee diverse, high-impact projectsStrong support from senior leadership and room for career progressionA values-driven culture that prioritises safety, teamwork, and quality deliver #J-18808-Ljbffr
