Our professionals actively assess a targets quality of earnings, analyze cash flows, review working capital, identify key business drivers, review forecasts, and conduct comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors.We are expanding our Australian business and seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to make a difference at A&M. We are looking for candidates to:Lead core financial due diligence, identifying key risks, assessing strengths and weaknesses against industry benchmarks, and evaluating potential transactions in line with clients investment strategies.Analyze detailed financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational data, transforming this data into meaningful insights for discussions with management and stakeholders.Assess the quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows of target companies.Lead or assist in preparing deal-oriented reports and presentations highlighting key financial and commercial findings, and advise on their implications for valuation and negotiations.Participate in meetings and conference calls with target management and client personnel, serving as a primary point of contact for deal and execution matters.Manage and prioritize responsibilities, assist with multiple projects, review team-created databooks, and lead the writing of due diligence reports.Conduct analyses such as Quality of Earnings, P&L, Working Capital, and Net Debt, with guidance from senior team members.Support engagement issues like billing, scope changes, and information requests, and work with senior management to develop solutions to engagement and transaction risks.Demonstrate a desire to take on more responsibilities and develop professional maturity.Qualifications for joining the A&M team:Bachelor''s or master''s degree in accounting or a related fieldCPA or CA certification preferredBig Four experience requiredAbility to travel within the country where practicalStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferredAt least 2 years of private client auditing experience at a Big Four firm and 3+ years in a financial due diligence group for the Manager positionTop performer, driven, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; insightful, decisive, critical thinker, and commercial acumen; capable of working independently and in teamsApply today to join a team that is agile, collaborative, and committed to making an impact for our clients! #J-18808-Ljbffr
