The company has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Northern Territory. The role involves managing projects from smaller to $20m within larger programs, mainly in Civil, Defence, or Mining sectors. Experience with similar projects or infrastructure is advantageous. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing project programmes and communicating with the team Managing project delivery from inception to completion Ensuring adherence to construction programmes and quality standards Managing construction risks and escalating issues as needed Overseeing project expenditure and cash flow Managing external engineering design aspects Design management Managing subcontractors on site Maintaining HSEQ requirements Producing progress reports Managing client expectations Qualifications and requirements include: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Minimum 8+ years of experience in project delivery, preferably from Tier 1 or 2 background Proven leadership skills in team building and motivation Experience with greenfield projects Knowledge of local council and regulatory standards Strong planning and financial reporting skills Excellent communication skills Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Construction Safety Induction (white) card This is a full-time permanent position offering challenging work and potential career growth.
