The Stadium Workforce Manager reports to the Head of Stadium Operations and is responsible for managing the workforce planning team and a dynamic casual workforce across several disciplines including customer service, ticketing, guest experience and venue set up.This role requires an experienced manager who operates with a level of calm confidence and maturity as they leverage strong and proven abilities managing customer service and workforce planning teams to success.
