Based in Australia, the successful candidate will support project execution by ensuring effective contract and supplier management, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This supports an Atlas client.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer subcontract and supply agreements across assigned projectsExecute project sourcing plans in compliance with budget, schedule, and contractual requirementsLead contractual negotiations with suppliers, ensuring appropriate risk allocation and alignment with main contract provisions (in coordination with the Legal and Commercial teams)Monitor supplier performance and contractual obligations, including handling variations and claimsEnsure implementation and adherence to internal purchasing policies and proceduresIdentify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements, promoting efficiency and quality across the procurement cycleSupport early procurement involvement in the bidding phase and collaborate with the Strategic Tender team for pre-bid agreementsScout and evaluate new suppliers to expand the qualified supplier base, especially for strategic commoditiesPreferred qualifications required:3 years of experience in Purchasing or Contract Administration, ideally in project-driven or multinational environmentsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsEnthusiastic and proactive approach to managing complex projects and cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication and team working skillsStrategic mindset with attention to detailProficiency in English and SAP systemsFamiliarity with Australian procurement regulations or willingness to learn is a plusExperience working with Italian companies is preferred.Availability to travel to Italy frequentlyEducation: Master''s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fieldSalary range: AUD 110,000 125,000 (per annum)Full timeJob open duration: May 28 June 27, 2025Location: MelbourneAs the Employer of Record, Atlas Technologies, LTD will employ the successful candidate, who will perform their duties in support of our client.Atlas Technology Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Atlas is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
