Apply now and lets make it happen together!Compensation:Fantastic compensation plan with a realistic Year 1 target of $46,000 - $75,000 at plan.Compensation includes salary, commission, and bonuses.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the companys product segments.Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, overseeing all sales activity within the assigned territory.Report sales activity via Compass and manage business through this technical platform.Collaborate frequently with inside support teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.Manage workload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.Develop a strong understanding of product segments and their functional capacities.Requirements:Bachelors degree or 35 years of sales experience.Competitive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Professional image and strong business acumen.Self-motivated with goal-setting capabilities.Valid drivers license required.Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.In-person meetings and daily prospecting required within the Akron area (depending on the assigned territory).This is not a remote position.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.Car and cell phone allowance.Sales competitions with cash prizes.Presidents Club trips for top performers.Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account.401(k) with company match.Industry-leading training through DME University.Employee referral bonus program.State-of-the-art technology and resources.Generous holiday and paid time off schedule.Take the next step in your career with Ohio Business Machines, where your success is our priority.
