This is a key leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end bid processes, supporting business development, and driving strategic growth across our infrastructure, design, and construction projects in the Pacific region.As the Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success by:Leading the full bid lifecycle from identifying opportunities, through Expressions of Interest (EOIs), to tender submission, contract award, and handover to delivery teams.Preparing high-quality, compelling bid documentation and proposal submissions that clearly articulate value propositions and align with win strategies.Supporting internal approvals through briefing packs and stakeholder engagement.Contributing to market sounding and tender response strategies.Ensuring legal, commercial, and compliance reviews are completed across all submissions.Maintaining accurate records of bid activity, volume tracking, and engagement logs.Collaborating with internal teams (Pre-contracts, Estimating, Submissions) to implement effective pursuit strategies.Identifying and evaluating potential partnering opportunities.Supporting the Managing Director and General Manager in fostering key client relationships and introducing new business opportunities.In order to succeed in the role, you will have:A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of proven experience in bid management, particularly within the capital works, infrastructure, or utilities sectors.Strong track record of managing complex bids from inception to award.A thorough understanding of contract delivery models and frameworks.Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
