The Manager Digital, Data, and Insights leads a range of projects and provides a key concept development and coordination role responding to opportunities for, innovation, health reform, service system improvement, business intelligence, and research.The position will provide organisation wide benefit, and in particularDeliver high-quality, actionable insights to support evidence-based commissioning, service planning, and performance monitoring to improve health outcomes and service delivery across GippslandGuide the support and monitoring of projects which enable health system integration and reform, and programs related to digital health solutions that drive quality, safety, accessibility, transparency and efficiency throughout the health systemLead data strategy and governanceLead health planning activitiesLead business intelligence, analytics and insights activities and growthSupport digital health transformationEmbed research practice and evaluation methods and articulation of dissemination plans to published articles;Support internal Gippsland PHN program areas to undertake data-driven continuous improvement activities; andProvide advice and oversight to the development of reports to the Clinical Governance and Performance Committee.We are lookingfor anastute,agile, dynamic,outcomes focused teammember.
